Privacy notice

Lineups, player names, notes and preview images are stored solely in your browser's local storage. fantastic11 does not automatically transmit this content to the server.

Data processed

When you access the site, the web server and reverse proxy may process the IP address, time, requested address, referrer, browser identifier, HTTP status and transferred data volume in technical logs.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing provides the website securely, reliably and without errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is secure operation and prevention of misuse.

Recipients

Only the operator and hosting or technical service providers receive access where required for operation, maintenance and security. Service providers are engaged as processors where required.

Retention

Technical logs are deleted automatically at regular intervals, generally within 14 days. Entries relating to a specific security incident may be kept longer while the incident is investigated or legal claims are established, exercised or defended.

Content

LocalStorage contains lineups including names, player names, positions, notes, match-day information and previews, as well as recent and hidden players. Your language preference is also stored locally.

Technical identifiers

The application uses fantastic11.formations.v1, fantastic11.recent-players.v1, fantastic11.hidden-players.v1 and fantastic11.locale.v1. Older taktikboard entries may still be read for migration from previous versions.

Control and deletion

This data does not leave your device automatically. You can delete individual lineups in the application or remove all local data using the site or browser settings. Clearing browser data can permanently erase your lineups.

Legal basis

Local storage and access are strictly necessary for the explicitly requested save, editor and language functions under section 25(2)(2) TDDDG. No consent is requested for advertising or analytics because fantastic11 does not use those technologies.

When you manually select a language, the server also sets the technically necessary fantastic11.locale session cookie. It contains only the language identifier, ensures consistent display and is deleted by the end of the browser session unless the browser retains it longer.

PNG, SVG and JSON files and print views are generated in the browser. The contained data reaches another destination only if you choose to download, share or send it to a service. The recipient's or platform operator's privacy information then applies.

No tracking

fantastic11 does not use web analytics, advertising trackers, social-media pixels, automated decision-making or profiling. External links transfer data only after you open them.

International transfers

fantastic11 itself does not intend to transfer personal data outside the European Economic Area. When sharing voluntarily, you choose the recipient.

Where the legal requirements apply, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. Statutory retention obligations and restrictions remain unaffected.

Right to complain

You may lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. For North Rhine-Westphalia:

The website should be provided exclusively over encrypted HTTPS and protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures. This notice will be updated when functions, service providers or legal requirements change.
